Our client is a Retail MNC, one of the leading players in providing advise/service in real estate sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Accounts Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple sets of full accounts.
- Manage daily financial operations, including payables, receivables, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
- Generate monthly financial and management reports within deadlines.
- Compile monthly reports with budget analysis.
- Prepare audit schedules and address queries from auditors during annual statutory and periodic internal audits.
- Prepare quarterly GST submissions to IRAS.
- Calculate tax for clients biannually.
- Participate in budget preparation.
- Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience
