Responsibilities
- Assist to handle the day to day matters and issues of Underwriting Team
- Assist with Underwriting functionality configuration in system
- Update of client records upon additional documentation received
- Prepare letters/emails to insured members
- Assist in the daily underwriting administrative duties (Upload of documents, update of underwriting cases)
- Assist with archiving the documents for Cisco imaging
- Any other miscellaneous duties assigned by the Team Leader
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE A Levels or Diploma Holder
- Experience in administrative role and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
