Description:
- Managing SG spending for Direct, Indirect Material and Equipment category.
- Managing CSP (Compliance, System & Process) enhancement projects for SEA Market
- Prepare monthly savings reports and pipeline consolidation into procurement portal
- Learn and apply Total Delivered Cost (TDC) sourcing process tool and skill to execute sourcing initiative
- Identifies, develops, and implements sourcing strategies and savings projects
- Collaborate with Regional Category Team to develop and implement strategies
- Engages supplier organization and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones and action plans.
- Support all business unit across SG for lower delivered cost through TDC model and savings initiatives
- Develop alternate suppliers. Engages appropriate resources (Quality, Supply Chain, RDE, Regulatory) to qualify and approve potential new suppliers
- Assembles contracts and implements supply positions to ensure the security of supply and achievement of procurement goals
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team on inventory control, quality of materials, process safety for material used.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering / Chemistry / Business
- Min. 3 years of procurement experience
- Chemical / food manufacturing / pharma experience preferred
Location: West (Transport provided from Boon Lay, Jurong, Chua Chu Kang, Outram Park, Bedok)
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.15am - 5.00pm
