Responsibilities:
· Responsible process tender/RFQ include understand the requirements, prepare RFQ details, internal co-ordination, and adjustment ensure all details completed according to customers’ requirement and management’s direction within timeline.
· Work closely with Key Account Management Team (KAM) and Management on RFQ briefing, Q&A sessions and rates strategy.
· Conduct Cost & Selling analysis.
· Tariff maintenance and updates.
· Continuous improvement of processes.
· Support other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
· Seeking for Local Candidates who are residing in Singapore
· Previous experience in pricing/NVOCC/shipping/logistics/freight forwarding industry
· Advanced proficiency in Excel.
· Excellent written and communication skills in English
· A team player, but able to work independently set own agenda under own initiative.
· Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
· Great attitude, well organised, detail oriented, good sense of numbers, and committed to excellence
