Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:


As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our aircrafts’ safety and efficiency. You will be responsible for the routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of our aircrafts, ensuring they meet all safety, operational & airworthiness standards.


Responsibilities:


1. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of aircrafts, including Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Embraer models.

2. Diagnose and repair aircraft systems and components, adhering to strict safety protocols and aviation regulations.

3. Document all maintenance and repair work accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.

4. Collaborate with the internal continuing airworthiness management team and external maintenance providers/supplier to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed within the given timeframe.

5. Respond to any aircraft emergencies or incidents, providing technical expertise and/or AOG support if required.

6. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company and industry standards.

7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and safety regulations.

8. Provide technical guidance to junior staff and trainees.

9. Collaborate with flight crews, ground personnel, and other team members to address maintenance issues and ensure smooth operations.

10. Assist with pre-flight and post-flight inspections, as well as other duties as assigned by continuing airworthiness management team.


Qualifications:


1. Degree or Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance, or a related field.

2. Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License, FAA Airframe & Powerplant mechanic license (reqired).

3. ⁠maintenance Initial course or type rating on either Gulfstream 450, 550 or Legacy 600/650

4. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably with Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Embraer aircrafts.

5. In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, mechanical components, and safety protocols.

6. Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

7. Ability to work under pressure and in challenging conditions.

8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

9. ⁠Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
