We invite experience ICSS Engineers to consider a short term contract with one of our clients in the oil and gas marine sector. The ICSS Engineers with FPSO experience are responsible to supervise ICSS systems - software and network.
- Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure the technical integrity is achieved for the instrumentation & systems activities.
- Carry out functional tests.
- Prepare for a smooth hand over to Company of the instrumentation related systems & packages.
- Coordination and supervision of Field Engineers and Technicians
- Interfaces with other disciplines and third parties
- Responsible for safety, safe working practices and environmental issues in all the areas under their control.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of the activities and report progress to the E?House PCC Superintendent.
- Ensure that the works proceed in conformity with the schedule and report any deviations to the ICS Superintendent.
- Maintain & update the instrument overrides records.
- Ensuring the reliability of the ICSS system: Preventive maintenance, Performance monitoring programs, Trouble shooting and investigation of failures, standardization of design
- Requirements:
- Engineering degree in instrumentation with PCC Background
- Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas facility projects with significative experience in Instrumentation / Control System testing and Commissioning
- Knowledge of Instrumentation Control systems on FPSO projects required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, handling a team of technicians.
- Problem identification & initiating changes to full implementation
- Driving HSE performance in the project execution
- ATEX experience preferred
- Instrument's Maintenance and Trouble Shooting
