The Human Resources Executive is an integral part of the organization.
The incumbent will be working on the following areas:
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures by employees
- Employee Database Management
- Employee Benefits Administration
- Manage offers and on boarding
- Employee confirmations, probation reviews
- Exit procedure handling
- Addressing employee queries and grievances
- Monitor allocation of relocation benefits
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and track participation
- Disseminate and enforce HR policies and procedures and continuously implement amendments to existing policies to improve employees’ job satisfaction
- Drive employee relations and engagement activities such as employee engagement surveys, client feedback survey.
- Responsible for the smooth running of company training events and other activities from planning and execution to evaluation
- Develop frequently asked questions and responses on benefits
- Develop frequently asked questions and responses on compensation matters
- Document action plans and assessment results for poor performers
- Formulate communications to share organisation's compensation and benefits policies with employees
- Gather feedback from employees to evaluate effectiveness of performance management programmes
- Identify data required for analysis of business and/or human resource issues
- Implement data checks and cleansing techniques to address data availability and quality challenges
- Liaise with organisation's clients, vendors and partners on benefits and claims processing
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business or Human resources at the minimum
- At least 2-4 years of Human Resources experience in a large multicultural environment preferably in a IT Services organizaiton
- Knowledge of the Singapore Workforce legislature
- Ensures the delivery of service meets customer requirements, internal and external
- Good understanding of talent management and talent engagement
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving and a diverse, multicultural environment is required As is the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Possesses an analytical mind and displays keen insight into data, using them to address issues and find solutions to work challenges.
- Looks for new ways to improve working methods and initiatives to carry the organisation forward. Recognises the need to improve and has anawareness of the need to contribute to change
