Position: Speech Therapist

Department: Speech Therapy


Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior/Speech Therapist who has experiences in working with adults and children. The candidate should have a good foundation in assessing and providing intervention/therapy to people with communication and/or swallowing difficulties and has commitment in providing high-quality care for people with mental health conditions and special needs.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform comprehensive assessments to assess and manage communication and swallowing disorders
  2. Develop and implement personalised treatment plan
  3. Work with family, communication partners and other stakeholders to support individual’s progress
  4. Support the expansions of Speech Therapy services
  5. Keep up to date with the latest evidence-based practices


Requirements:

Competency

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Able to work independently
  3. Able to use basic Microsoft Office tools

Educational and Professional Requirements

  1. Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent) recognised by Singapore AHPC
  2. Registered with AHPC
  3. Preferably with a minimum of 3-year experiences in both paediatrics and adult settings
