As an LLMOps Engineer, you'll be an architect of the future.
You'll play a pivotal role indesigning, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that will redefine how wework.

We're looking for a technical rockstar who:
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or arelated fields uch as machine learning, deep learning, natural language process & Core Competencies
- Mastery of LLMOps fundamentals: Thorough understanding of the LLM Ops pipeline, including pre-processing training data for supervisedinstruction tuning, and adapting a supervised tuning pipeline to train and deploy a custom Large Language Model (LLM).
- Technical ExpertiseoHands-on experience with LLM Ops frameworks: Proficiency in popularCI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Model Hub-HuggingFace, GitHub, and other frameworks, with the ability to leverage these frameworks and systems to deploy and manage production-grade GenAI applications and solutions.oCloud and on-premise environment: Experience with Linux and Windows,AWS, Azure, Google, Dell Apex, HPE Greenlake, and other cloud and on-premise environments (GPU Cluster, AI Accelerator
Key Skills
Building GenAI Systems- Data retrieval and transformation: Ability to retrieveand transform trainingdata for supervised fine-tuning of an LLM.
- Version control and tracking: Knowledge of versioning data and tuned modelsto track tuning experiments.
- Supervised tuning pipeline: Experience with configuring and executing an open-sourcesupervised tuning pipeline to train and deploy a tuned LLM.
- Safety monitoring and filtering: Ability to output and study safety scores toresponsibly monitor and filter LLM application behavior.
- LLM deployment and testing: Experience with trying out tunedand deployedLLMs.
- Best practices: Knowledge of best practices, including versioning data andmodels, and pre-processing large datasets inside a data warehouse.
- Continuous integration and orchestration: Ability to build a continuousintegration (CI) workflow to automatically evaluate every change to anapplication, and orchestrate the CI workflow to run specific evaluations atdifferent stages of development.
- Hallucination detection: Familiarity with methods like Self CheckGPT to identifyhallucinations.
- Jailbreak detection: Knowledge of using sentiment analysis and implicit toxicitydetection models to detect jailbreaks (prompts that attempt to manipulate LLM responses).
- Data leakage detection: Ability to identify data leakage using entity recognitionand vector similarity analysis.
- Monitoring system development: Experience with building a monitoring systemto evaluate app safety and security over time.
- Model serving and management: Knowledge of efficiently serving models tomany customers, including strategies for working with multiple fine-tuned modelsat once.
- Vulnerability identification and evaluation: Ability to identify and evaluatevulnerabilities in LLM applications, including fundamental LLM applicationvulnerabilities and how they affect real-worlddeployments.
- Red teaming techniques: Familiarity with red teaming techniques fromcybersecurity to ensure the safety and reliability of LLM applications.
