Responsibilities
- Sourcing suitable candidates via job portals, social media, advertising and referrals etc
- Arranging interviews to assess the suitability of candidates
- Surfacing the suitable candidates to clients for consideration
- Coordinating interviews arrangement, salary negotiation between clients and candidates
- Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates.
- Understanding the market, industry and clients’ business needs.
- Ensure proper documents are recorded and kept accordingly in the system
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- 0 to 3 years working experience from customer service, retail, business development or sales related
