Position summary statement:
IT operations support for Service Suites Singapore
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support day to day IT operations
- Servers, network and endpoints support
- Business applications support, administration of unified endpoint management (UEM), endpoint detection response (EDR) and patch management
- Support the implementation of cybersecurity measures in accordance to corporate directives
- Support projects implementation, technology upgrade and migrations
- Liaise and work closely with vendor to support
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or Professional Certificates i.e. ITIL foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals
· Proficient in Microsoft operating systems
· Knowledge in managing mobile devices e.g IOS, Android
· Knowledge in basic networking and security
- Knowledge in installing, configuring troubleshooting, upgrade and performing maintenance of laptops, PCs, mobile devices i.e iPads, tablets
