- Perform daily administrative duties needed.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments for daily operations.
- Make travel arrangements for company approved business travel, visa application, hotel booking and air ticket arrangement
- Managing document workflow, organizing, filing, retrieving of documents, maintain database and file records.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in any discipline
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word, etc)
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
