Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, including printers, computers, projectors, and IT peripherals.
- Resolve network connectivity issues and software application challenges, ensuring smooth operation of essential tools.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with IT vendors for maintenance and timely software license renewals.
- Streamline procurement processes by negotiating purchases of office equipment and software.
- Manage IT security measures, including antivirus maintenance and data backups.
- Set up LAN networks and IP address allocation.
- Provide timely helpdesk support to all users.
- Set up new PCs and notebooks, including email configurations.
- Assist in setting up CCTV systems.
- Stay updated with the latest operating systems and network protocols.
- Perform diverse IT-related tasks, including website updates and inventory management.
- Embrace and adapt to ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to start immediately/within 2 weeks.
- Possessing CompTIA, A+, MCTS is at an advantage.
- Good Analytical Skills, Fast Learner, Shows Initiative, Honest and responsible
- Able to work 5.5 day work week (Performance bonus provided)
