Job Description / Responsibilities:-
a. Prepare, maintain and manage tender documents that comprise of BOQ, tender clarifications and etc;
b. Tender submission, handle progressive claims/payments, variation orders and finalized project account;
c. Liaise $ establish rapport with consultants, contractors, etc on certification of claims for payment;
d. Attend tender interview and manage overall project profit and cost controls.
Requirements:-
a. Minimum 4 years related working experience;
b. Team player and able to work independently;
c. Strong interpersonal skills and possess good working attitude;
d. Highly responsible, reliable, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
