Presently we're seeking out a professional in talent acquisition to join our cause in enhancing and reinforcing the talent backbone of InfoCepts, with the aim of enabling customer success through all matters talent related, an indispensible ingredient in supporting other departments in driving the overall business.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to expose yourself exponentially by supporting colleagues in other functions and be part of the action in experiencing first-hand the criticality of the talent acqiusition function plays.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end talent acquisition spectrum, ensuring best-in-class experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Research and leverage on understanding of labour markets and manpower laws to create hiring plans and strategies, including to address unique business constraints in the hiring process
- Write job descriptions and post to relevant recruiting platforms
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and their technical requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve on local hiring approaches, follow through with recommendations and implementation of adopted recommendations
- Support other departments in manpower-related matters such as preparing candidate profiles for projects recommendations
- Support in administrative duties as assigned
Skills Required:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management / Human Resources or relevant fields
- Relevant experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, either agency or in-house; of at least 3 years
- Work experience in lean organizations, SMEs or start-ups is an advantage
- Track record of hiring for data and analytics roles is a major plus
- Ability to self-start and work effectively under minimum supervision
- Proficient with the recruitment cycle end-to-end from sourcing to selection
- Strong stakeholder management, offer negotiation and candidate retention skills
- Good understanding of open source technology and technical jargon
