Responsibilites
- Perform routine tasks like cheque deposits, filing, document control, and mail handling to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle employee tax submissions (IR21 and IR8A) to ensure compliance.
- Oversee probation, confirmation, appraisals, and promotions, ensuring transparency and fairness.
- Arrange travel logistics, including air tickets, accommodations, and transportation.
- Manage recruitment, compensation, payroll, performance reviews, training, employee relations, and orientation.
- Ensure timely renewal of company licenses and permits.
- Manage applications and renewals of permits and passes for employees.
- Process payroll, manage leave applications, and track attendance.
- Draft and document warning letters for employees.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above in HR or Business Administration
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience
- Fast Learner, Able to get things done fast in a systematic way.
- Knowledge of Sage PayrollSystem is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
