We are looking to employ a persuasive and driven IT advertising sales representative to convince potential clients to purchase advertising space and ensure that existing clients remain satisfied with our advertising products and services. The advertising sales representative's responsibilities include identifying clients' needs, researching competitors' advertising services, products, and prices, and responding to potential clients’ inquiries.
You should demonstrate effective communication skills and be able to identify new business opportunities, build rapport with potential or existing clients. Achieve excellent customer service and continually meet or exceed sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new advertising clients within the IT and technology sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their advertising needs and requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients,
- Negotiate and close advertising deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and creative departments, to develop tailored advertising campaigns that meet clients' objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and campaign performance using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advertising best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our advertising solutions and services.
