Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle – Recruitment, Induction, Confirmation, Performance Review, and Offboarding.
- Provide recruitment initiatives to attract top talent and be involved in the entire hiring process from interviews to onboarding.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Follow-up and prepare employment-related documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, termination letters, increment letters, bonus letters, etc.
- Be the first point of contact for employee enquiries on HR-related matters and assist their enquiries.
- Ensure all employee records are accurately created, properly maintained and updated in the Human Resource management system
- Administer and manage the HRMS personnel, payroll, e-leave, time & attendance, appraisal and claims.
- Manage and ensure accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll.
- Follow up on the progress of applications such as EP, WP, LOC and all other workpass related matters for foreign employees and foreign worker levy.
- Timely handling of CPF, government-claim submissions, e.g., childcare leave, maternity/paternity leave, NS make-up claims, income tax matters (IR8A & IR21), etc.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
- At least 2-3 years of related work experience.
- Prefers strong HR operational background, understanding of Singapore employment laws and knowledge of best HR market practices.
- Good organisation and planning skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Whyze HR system is advantageous
