Job description:
- Perform admission of patients, handles customer queries, perform Cashiering and perform Billing
- Perform admission process, including explanation on bill estimation, usage of insurance, and deposit collection.
- Handles customer queries pertaining to admission process.
- Perform Cashiering.
- Perform Billing.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
- Timely escalation of cases to supervisor as necessary.
Requirements:
- Min 'O/A' or Diploma In any field
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy and Mathematics
- Past healthcare work experience is an added advantage
