Job Description:
Looking for a MS CRM & Pega Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft CRM development and Pega Platform, with the ability to design, develop, and deploy CRM solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for CRM solutions
- Design and develop customizations, configurations, and integrations for Microsoft CRM and Pega Platform.
- Implement and customize CRM workflows, forms, entities, and views
- Develop and maintain Pega case management applications
- Integrate MS CRM and Pega with other systems and applications as needed
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for MS CRM and Pega applications
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in MS CRM and Pega development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in MS CRM development, including customization, configuration, and integration
- 3+ years of experience in Pega development, including case management and application development
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, SQL Server
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Pega certification(s) preferred – PCSA, PCSSA, PCBA etc.
