Key Responsibilities:
1.Program and Cultural Development:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement program aligned with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and address cultural challenges.
• Design and execute plans with stakeholders at all levels to drive a culture of innovation, efficiency, and excellence.
• Champion initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
2.Process Optimisation:
• Identify opportunities, implement process improvements, and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in business processes.
3.Change Management:
• Play a key role in change management efforts to ensure seamless integration of cultural and process improvements.
• Foster a mindset of adaptability and resilience among employees.
4. Metrics and Reporting:
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and insights on progress and areas for enhancement.
Qualifications and skills:
1.Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Organisational Development, Engineering, or Economics.
• Demonstrated success in implementing and sustaining cultural change initiatives.
2.Communication Skills:
• Exceptional engagement skills with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the capability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
3.Analytical and Logical Thinking:
•Strong ability to apply logical reasoning to address complex issues and situations, leading to practical and effective resolutions.
•Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive transformative change.
4.Personal Attributes:
•Outgoing, self-motivated, and persuasive individual with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
5.Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced proficiency in MS Applications.
6.Industry Knowledge:
• Working knowledge of aviation and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) fundamentals.
• Proven experience in executive roles focused on continuous improvement and cultural development within large enterprises.
