Position Overview:

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Happie SG Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and marketing strategy. This multifaceted position encompasses managing our ecommerce platform, creating compelling video content, designing captivating graphics, fostering collaborations and partnerships, organizing engaging events, and spearheading our social media marketing efforts. We're looking for a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about digital marketing and has a keen eye for detail.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and optimization of our ecommerce platform to drive sales and enhance user experience.
  • Conceptualize, produce, and edit engaging video content showcasing our products, benefits, and customer testimonials.
  • Design visually appealing graphics for use across various digital platforms, including social media, email, and websites.
  • Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with influencers, wellness brands, and eco-conscious organizations to expand our reach and impact.
  • Plan and execute events, both online and offline, to raise brand awareness and foster community engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategic social media marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in ecommerce management, video production, graphic design, collaboration outreach, event management, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), and social media management tools.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
