Compensation & Benefits Executive
This role will be part of the Group Compensation & Benefits team. The role will be responsible for supporting the staff loans and ESPP portfolio, as well as implement process improvement and wellness initiatives. He/she will also be required to work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Staff Loans
- Support the full cycle of administration and processing of staff loan benefits (Loan application, disbursement, and redemption)
- Work with vendor and IT on system and process enhancements
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
- Perform loan reporting as required
- Provide support and maintain oversight on loan administration in entities
Employee Share Plan Administration
- Support the annual Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) enrolment exercise
- Support regulatory reporting and disclosures
- Support ongoing ESPP administration as a checker
Others
- Process work injury compensation as required
- Process benefits related vendor bills/invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors
- Support Wellness initiatives
- Participate in audit exercise and due diligence activities
- Support implementation of employee wellness initiatives
- Support other projects (e.g. HCM) and day to day activities in benefits team
