Responsibilities:
- Managed MOM EPOL and WPOL Systems - Handled all workers' Work Permit, Skilled and Employment Pass applications, renewals and cancellations in a timely manner.
- Follows up on purchase or cancellation of workers’ bond guarantees; Updating and maintaining PCP (Primary Care Plan System) data system
- Administration for : renewal of Foreign Worker Medical Insurance and Work Injury Compensation Insurance, checking premium rates and furnishing documentations, passport renewals for all workers, Prepare Employment Contract for all work permit holders
- Administers MYE application and related matters;
- Handle home leave and new application of foreign workers (Eg, seeks the necessary approvals, purchasing of air ticket for workers, Submission of ICA SG Arrival Card and Health Declaration etc)
- Submission of foreign worker levy waiver to MOM, Filing of IRAS Tax Clearance
- Maintains and updates workers records in Database, HR and personal files;
- Assists in workers’ sick leave and medical claims matters (Eg, verification of bills, follow up with hospitals on charges, etc)
- Handles worker dormitory matters (Eg, Dormitory Licence, Liaison with MOM Offices, Safe@ Dorm System etc)
- Handled CET Training and Training courses registration and administrations for all workers, transport arrangement, always remind workers to attend training
- BCA CWRS - Handled all workers Coretrade renewals / application for Direct R1 Lower Levy Scheme
- submit documentations for renewal of RE, RTO, REO, RES, etc.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma Qualification with minimum 2 years of HR experience.
- Able to start immediately or with short notice period is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and Statutory rules and regulations.
- Experienced working in the Construction sector is an added advantage.
