We are seeking a highly motivated Sales member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be learning the ropes to progress to a full-fledged sales person after contract ends, ultimately being responsible for business development and managing key accounts in the B2B sector.
The role involves building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and solutions.
Responsibilities:
(During contractual period)
- Provide administrative support to the sales activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales reports, and maintaining sales records, client follow-up, marketing campaign operations etc.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products, pricing, and availability.
- Process sales orders and ensure the accuracy of customer information and order details.
- Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials as needed.
(After ending contract to transition into a sales executive)
- Develop and implement sales activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and prospects, and achieve the monthly sales target set by the company
- Conduct business presentation to clients and propose the most suitable solutions according to customer’s need
- Involve in sales related activities such as handle sales enquiries, prepare quotation & proposal, etc
- Negotiate and close deals with customers and resolving any issues or complaints; ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work with other depts to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
Requirement:
- Candidates interested into becoming a sales executive role
- Minimum 1yrs of relevant working experience in sale coordination or sales adminstrative roles
- Sales oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with a friendly disposition
- Experience in advertising/creative/market activation agency in the account servicing/ planning/ market activation department is advantageous.
