Job Responsibilities
- Perform admission process, including explanation on bill estimation, usage of insurance, and deposit collection.
- Handles customer queries pertaining to admission process.
- Perform Cashiering.
- Perform Billing.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
- Timely escalation of cases to supervisor as necessary
Job Requirements:
- Min O levels and above
- Min 2 years of front-line / customer service related working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
