- Determine the management plans, policies and business objectives related to the management of the Company and responsible for the implementation and achievement of results.
- Establish company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.
- Lead due diligence, direct transaction team and coordinate transaction execution and closing.
- Monitoring and assuring data integrity and performance return accuracy for clients and partners.
- Establish and improve the Company's organizational and work system. Responsible for creating an efficient organizational team and building good communication channels.
- Coordinate the sales, market development, research and development as well as product operations in the Company.
- Coordinate the relevant internal/external work relationships, maintain and enhance the Company's brand image and reputation.
- Ensure that the company continues to make profits and grow investors’ wealth.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above in Business Management, Economics or equivalent.
- At least 5 years experience Management roles.
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organization and time management.
- Analytical, able to work independently, results-oriented, resourceful, and pro-active.
- Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship.
