Job description:
- Responsible for the whole IT operations within the company, including software & hardware support, security, anti-virus protection, network maintenance, club website, social media, etc.
- Provide all network, POS and PCs support in the Club
- Provide IT technical assistance and support for all staff within the Club
- Conduct training for non-technical workers on business information systems
- Conduct to diagnose, trouble-shoot and resolve problems with servers, desktop and networks
- Liaise in sourcing and purchasing hardware and software to support the Club's business information system
- Database management administration
- In-charge of software & hardware renewal licencing.
- Responsible for documentation of work processes, system workflow and operating procedures
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Strong technical background, with understanding or hands on experience in administering Office 365, Active Directory, LAN & WAN network routing, IT infrastructure equipment and cyber-security solution
