We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success in the industry.
JOB OVERVIEW
This role will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Account Manager by generating leads and reaching out to potential customers within the APAC region.
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Generating and qualifying sales leads via cold calling to potential customers.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
· Conduct research to identify new markets and industry trends to support lead generation efforts.
· Update and maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities in our proprietary CRM system.
· Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and outcome to the Sales Account Manager.
· Ensure timely follow-up with potential customers to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
JOB REQUIREMENT(S)
· Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is a plus.
· Ability to make a high volume of cold calls daily, at least 50 calls a day.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words, Outlook, Excel etc.)
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
