About the Role:
Perform Service Review within two business days from Service Request completion as part of our Customer Consultation Process
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for offering and sales of repairs, retrofits, and spare parts
- Review the Service Reports and verify all findings, risks, and recommendations
- Even when there are no operative-initiated quotes or next steps identified, contact the customer to verify that they are satisfied with our work and to ensure the customer has no additional questions, concerns, or other open items
- Contact customers and perform Service Reviews using our customer portal within two business days of a Service Requests completion
- Update and enrich all asset and customer data during the Service Review process
- Assign sales cases, or parts of them, to other colleagues as applicable
- Respond to customer inquiries on repairs, spare parts, and other services
- Maintains daily activities in customer relationship management tools by tracking calls, emails, and interactions with customers
- Follow up on all active Sales Cases in a timely, structured, and planned manner
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Admin or related field
- 2-3 year/s of business development or sales experience
- Experience working with Siebel CRM or similar tools
