- Greet guests and assist in seating them within the establishment
- Introduction of our menus and products, with recommendations being made of requested
- Assist with service of both food and beverages, from delivery on initial orders to clearing of plates and glassware and refreshing of tables for the next group of guest arrivals.
- Take & process customers’ orders and generate their bills
- ​Ensure that safe distancing measures and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to
- Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality, drinks, and service and making sure the business complies with health and food safety regulations
- Provide answers to queries by customers regarding services and offers
- Assist delivery staff for deliveries whenever such assistance is required
- Assist in managing queue and/or reservations
- Support opening & closing of outlets including cleaning and washing soft serve machine, guest washroom, etc
- Replying to e-mails and social media platforms
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
