- Responsibility for and performance of general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, painting and interior finishes/fixtures (lighting, carpeting, walls, ceilings, doors) related to the general maintenance and aesthetics of the building, including but not limited to, work generated from Preventative Maintenance system, Work Order system, and Unscheduled Maintenance system (Corrective Maintenance)
- Carry out first line maintenance of a range building engineering services plant and equipment
- Administer the permit to work system
- Carry out emergency repairs so as to ensure the continued operation of all plant and equipment
- Complete a daily log report on activities within the section
- Operate the building management system and adjust as required to ensure an energy efficient operation
- Carry out other infrastructure or building repairs so as to ensure continued operation
- To utilise Preventative Planned Maintenance software to monitor plant performance and identify fault incident’s
