Our patented LFP-first technology offers a greener, scalable, and commercially viable alternative to conventional processes for lithium battery recycling. We empower automotive OEMs, cell manufacturers, and battery recyclers to safely recover critical metals with a near-zero waste recycling process. This is a full-time on-site role in Singapore for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to build partnerships and increase revenue. This includes identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with prospective customers, managing sales pipelines, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and overall business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the lithium battery and energy storage industry.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Perform market research and develop strategies to target new markets, customers on lithium battery and energy storage industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the lithium battery and energy storage industry.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand customer needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitable business agreements.
- Manage contracts between suppliers and maintain working relationship.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience working in a Sales or Business Development role, preferably in B2B sales within the lithium battery and energy storage industry
- Proven track record of sales success, especially in B2B sales.
- Good communication skills.
