Responsibilities & Duties
- Liase with Client, Consultant and project team for the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
- Leading monthly meetings.
- Ensure on-site work comply with the local authority requirements.
- Coordinate with supplier / sub-contractor of the tender specification and quotation.
- Prepare weekly work schedules.
- Oversee and hold overall responsibility for works carried out by junior supervisors assigned under his/her care.
- Ensure that all aspects met the government regulations and standards, including safety of works, inspections and testing of equipment and machinery, training needs of staff.
- Provide timely design progress reporting to management.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in ACMV Design work
- Knowledge of Cleanroom System Design and Room Heat Load Calculation
- Ability to create proposal design documents
- Proficient in conducting fieldwork measurements to comprehend the site environment
- Conversant with local codes and regulations for ACMV
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Efficient, analytical skills and able to design work independently
