Accounts Payable and Administrative Admin

Accounts Payable Function
- Reports to the Finance Manager
- Responsible for posting accounts payable (AP) entries to system including checking, validation and assurance of invoices are correctly
- Preparation of cheque or telegraphic transfer, internal payment or voucher.
- Liaise with vendors for SOA and reconciliation of vendors statements and balances
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Petty Cash Reimbursement
- Posting For Purchase Invoices (PI) & Purchase Credit Memos (PCM)
- Posting For Purchase Orders (PO) & Purchase Return Orders (PRO)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Admin Function
- Stock replenishment and maintain a healthy stock level
- Create and ensure accuracy of purchase order raised & goods timely delivery from Vendors.
- Support on payment and procurement related enquiries
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Minimum Degree holder in any field
- Minimum 2 years or more experience
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Proven ability to produce accurate and timely reports
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team player
Working days
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm
Saturday 9.30am - 4.30pm (Alternate)
