Responsibilities:
Product Development
a) Develop and implement strategic brand plans to achieve corporate
objectives.
b) Compile information on new products
c) Assist in new products launch, including product presentation
d) Ensures the development and management of wallcoverings
products for Singapore office
e) Coordinates the development and management of wallcoverings
products throughout the region
Market Research
a) Update sales personnel on product roadmaps, competitors’
information, opportunities and market environment
b) Analyze market intelligence reports
c) Prepare Technical Specifications and update information of Projects
Stock Replenishment (Stocks & Samples)
a) Ensure that stocks/samples are replenished just-in-time, old and
obsolete stocks are cleared
b) Monitor stock movement
Customer Service
a) Assist Sales to find substitute products
b) Assists Sales on complaints with follow-up to suppliers
c) Assists Sales in enquiry on product specification.
d) Conduct customer visitation on a regular basis
e) Conduct Product Training for internal and external customers
throughout the region.
Others
a) Conduct Product Training for internal and external customers
b) To work on ad hoc projects as and when required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least "O" Level, Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
