Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment
· Brainstorm and implement recruitment and retention strategies for Hiap Giap
· Coordinate and advertise job opportunities through various mediums
· Screen and interview potential applicants
· Initiate recruitment fairs with WDA, e2i CDCs etc.
· Liaise with schools regarding possible opportunities for internships, traineeships and management trainee programs
· Design and implement career progression for employees
· Complete any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager
Payroll
· Monitor and update staff attendance
· Monitor Staff Leave and apply for grants for applicable Government-Paid Leaves
· Process Payroll timely using Info-tech HRMS
· Process Monthly CPF
· Process Annual AWS and applicable Bonuses
Employee Communication
· Implement orientation for new hires and design orientation content
· Develop HR policy for operations and ensure it is aligned across the organization
· Routinely check for feedback and suggestions from employees
· Organise recreational activities followed by collection of feedback from employees to improve the process
· Routine collection of HR information (salary, regulations etc.)
