Xpressflower.com is looking for Office Admin / HR Executive to support in Office Admin / HR administrative duties.

This person is someone who is highly positive, independent but works well with people as a team.

He/she is also someone who is a multi-tasker; meticulous, with strong organizational skills and results-oriented.


General

Office admin and general management

· Support in general office management - pantry / mails / office maintenance - aircon, pest control, etc. / leases / utilities, etc.

· Insurance matters

· Office licences

· Gov applications ( Levy waivers / NS / Pro-Family / Traffic Police, etc. )

· Other ad hoc tasks


HR

Work and support HR Manager with :

General HR Admin

· Support in ensuring that all HR policies, practices, and initiatives are in compliance and aligned with the business requirements.

· Generate relevant monthly reports where required.


Recruitment

· Manage our recruitment effort

· Marketing our company and job posting to various job channels

· Work with the department heads on the recruitment effort

· Scheduling of interviews

· Assist in the administration of employee confirmation, contract renewal, re- employment, employment certification letters, assists in reference checks, etc


Government Grants and Work pass Management

· Understand various grant available

· Assist in the Grant application process

· Assist in Work pass application and administration


Internship Management

· Manage the relationship with key education institutions for internship positions

· Assist in the application for interns

· Manage the Administrative needs for the internship process


Employee HR App

· Administer the HR App and enforce the usage

· Manage the Leave Management for the staff via the app


Payroll

· Work with payroll executive to ensure the payroll is done correctly

· Validate the payroll before approval



What do we need from you?

· A-Levels or Diploma in human resource (or related qualifications)

· At least 3-5 years of similar experience preferred

· Possess a keen interest in office management and human resources

· Ability to work well with internal stakeholders ( different levels of staff as well as management personnels )

· Ability to work independently as well as a great team player

· Self-motivated and resourceful with good multitasking and organizational ability

· Great Personality with a Positive Attitude in general
