Job Description:
· Work with daily CT scan tasks, including setup, operation, and analysis of test samples.
· Perform detailed studies and analysis on defects found during testing.
· Supervise daily X-Ray/DR/XCT tests, ensuring adherence to standards and protocols.
· Conduct hands-on maintenance of the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
· Provide consultations to clients regarding test results and recommendations.
Requirements:
· Basic knowledge of radiation safety protocols and procedures.
· Knowledge in X-ray radiography and industrial computed tomography, including technique optimization and operation of XCT equipment.
· Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
· Understanding of various industries' manufacturing technologies.
· Proficiency in reading and interpreting NDT standards such as ASTM, BS EN ISO, AWS, and API.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
· Preferred qualifications include ASNT/ACCP/PCN X-Ray and Digital Radiography certifications.
· Knowledge of Volume Graphics software is a plus.
