As a Product Specialist, Onboarding you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high-quality products for our customers during the exchange period (2 Sep 2024 to 22 Nov 2024).
Job Description
You will support a multidisciplinary team as part of a portfolio to design, develop and deliver our key product propositions. You are a digital native with a natural intuition for design and technology, coupled with a strategic mindset. You are familiar with the agile practices and working in sprints with delivery squads comprising of BA’s, engineers to architects, write business stories to deliver product used cases. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high degrees of ambiguity, get excited by solving complex problems and are happy to roll your sleeves up and get things done.
The Role Responsibility:
· As an Agile Product Specialist, you are the mastermind behind your digital product. You are passionate about building a first-class solution for our customers and always have an eye on relevant topics.
· In your area of responsibility, you are in the driver’s seat for evolving the design and building a lean and highly converting onboarding process, as well as a continuous engagement of our customers.
· You are a proactive team player with experience in an agile environment. You have worked as a product owner, scrum master, or in a similar position. Relevant experience in a startup-like environment is a clear plus.
· You are passionate about developing digital products and you can tie this to specific examples in your resume. "Mobile-first" is more than just a phrase for you - ideally, you have already worked on sophisticated mobile apps in the B2C environment.
· Be the voice of the customer in the definition of your product/service and collaborate with other product owners to converge on a broader coherent proposition.
· Support your lead with developing and monitoring budgets for project delivery.
· Your analytical and structured way of working, as well as your project management experience, gives you a holistic view of things.
· You have several years of experience in functional role, ideally in an interdisciplinary, setup.
· Design, monitor and report on product KPIs.

Our Ideal Candidate:
· 5 years of digital industry experience and/or product/service development.
· Has work experience as a Business Analyst in a Tech startup or in financial services with a Retail Banking focus.
· Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies.
· An ability to think strategically and digital.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
· The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication.
