Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and validate probe libraries for the "Guidestar" assay. Analyse data from assay; develop and implement machine-learning and deep-learning algorithms to decode RNA identity and location, and filter true positive RNA calls from false positives.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Biological Science and Life Science disciplines or equivalent
- Deep commitment and interest in research, demonstrated from previous research experience.
- Solid knowledge in genomics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, able to follow protocols precisely
