Job Requirements:
- Liaise with team members, clients and vendors on service maintenance works
- Coordinate and manage maintenance programs
- Supervise routine service maintenance works according to the service schedule
- Perform troubleshooting and failure analysis when required
- Provide technical support to team members
- Prepare technical reports, checklists and service reports for the clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals and service contracts as necessary to clients
- Respond and answer to breakdown calls
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer or similar role
- 1 to 2 years of experience with ACMV systems
- Have good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible and punctual
- Team player and fast learner
- Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Able to work and adapt according to site requirements and work under high pressure
