Role: Program Manager II (Maternity Cover)
Duration: 15th Jul 2024 to 14th May 2025
Location: Singapore
Working schedule: Hybrid model (3 days onsite per week)
Working hours: Regular working hours (9Am - 6Pm)
Responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of programs and projects. Common activities include defining requirements, managing schedules/budgets, identifying risks, communications, and reporting. Excludes IT project management (see Engineering worktype).
Project Overview:
- Ensure Payments compliance to data protection regulations specific to privacy and security. Work with partners and 3rd parties to ensure security and privacy safe interactions.
- Enable payments to comply with privacy, data protection, and consumer protection laws and regulations, as well as commercial compliance obligations, globally.
- Implement a scalable and reusable program framework that discovers and addresses privacy, data protection, consumer protection, and commercial compliance requirements.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Program manage one or multiple security engineering and compliance projects or initiatives, related to privacy and data protection, consumer protection, or other commercial or regulatory compliance standards.
- Facilitate customer and partner security RFI, reviews, and audits.
- Conduct risk assessments of 3rd party vendors, partners, product areas, and infrastructure to ensure services and/or integrations meet security and privacy standards and minimize security risks and protect users.
- Support Payments’ regulated entities in matters related to regulatory compliance in the fields of privacy, consumer protection, information security, technology, and data protection.
- Lead security, compliance, and privacy related initiatives and campaigns.
Skill/Experience/Education
4+ years experience as a Database Developer specifically in implementing ETL packagescandidates must have to be considered for the role (ex. 3+ years experience writing SQL code) Salesforce CRM, etc) Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco) 3+ years of risk management experience and working with risk frameworks (NIST 800-30, OCTAVE, ISO31K, etc). 3+ years of program management experience in the field of Security, Privacy, or Compliance. Knowledge of payments, consumer applications and financial services. CISSP, CIPP/* CISA, GIAC or related information security certifications.
