What we’re looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required with strong knowledge of cost accounting.
- Experiences: At least 4+ years of experience with global manufacturing-driven organizations.
- Experiences worked in a public company so will be familiar with the cadence and requirements of a publicly reporting organization. in finance or accounting is required with strong knowledge of cost accounting.
- Six-Sigma and/or regimented process methodology experience is desirable, but not a requirement
- Background in pharmaceutical, life science or medical device industries is preferred

How you will thrive and create an impact:
- Drive, manage & present critical financials deliverables for the organizations which will include the the Internal Operating Plan (1 year), Interim Forecasting cycles (3 per annum) & Monthly actuals reporting (12 x per annum).
- Act as primary interface between manufacturing operations and plant managers to report financial results and assure proper controls. Develop and implement procedures that ensure compliance and consistency across the business.
- Maintain and develop key performance measures and tracking systems (through standard work) for each site to measure P&L results, capital, Inventory and cost savings projects.
- Manage & Co-ordinate Annual Standard Cost Roll for the Manufacturing Plants.
- Drive cashflow analysis and business case analytics for capital proposals and make versus buy decisions.
- Participate in daily Tier meetings, Gemba walks & develops finance metrics to support site performance and shop floor productivity
- Drives & owns the site E&O process with the planning team.
- Participates in the Material Review Board meetings.
- Perform an audit function where needed to assure reporting systems and processes are being followed on a consistent basis and within the company policies.
- Lead all compliance efforts including internal control and ethics policies.
- Prepare and reviews monthly results and ad hoc analysis to determine methods of increasing operating productivity through higher efficiency and/or cost control.
- Ensure business activities and processes comply with applicable laws and/or US GAAP.
- Actively participate and lead team on proposed new production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
