Description
- Welcome and greet guest
- Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices
- Manage booking of club facilities
- Assist in reservations, check in and check out of room guests
- Logs all wake-up call requests and performs wake-up calls services
- Coordinates room reservation request, status and updates with the Housekeeping department
- Handles member’s queries on their account and collects payments as when required
- Balances all-cash/credit for rooms and miscellaneous at the close of shift
- Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
- Handle complaints
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Stay updated about the club events, promotion, room rates, package plan, and discounts available
- Positive work attitude, teamplayer, good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
