Job Description
- Be in charge of plant operation activities, ensure that the biomass plant complies with all regulatory and safety requirements.
- Responsible for proper supervision and execution of maintenance and overhaul of all control and instrumentation equipment
- Assist the production manager to prepare the equipment maintenance plan within the jurisdiction, do a good job in maintenance management and be responsible for the on-site management of equipment maintenance and technical transformation projects.
- Responsible for the technical training of maintenance, formulate training plans and goals, organize regular assessments and continuously improve the technical level of operating personnel.
- Responsible for the implementation of technical innovation and other plans in maintenance.
- Responsible for the deployment of personnel and materials during equipment maintenance, timely inspection and resolution of existing problems during maintenance, and ensuring the quality and progress of maintenance. After equipment maintenance, cooperate with the production department to complete equipment acceptance work.
- Establish and construct a complete equipment ledger, cost accounting, control maintenance costs, reduce consumption quotas, improve maintenance efficiency, and ensure production operations.
- Attend to equipment breakdown, review and define the repair procedure with operation
- Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance in accordance to the work instruction and procedures
- Any other duties and responsibilities to be assisgned by Superior and Management from time to time within the JE Group
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering
- Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of equipment maintenance experience will be considered
- Min 3 years of relevant experience working as plant operations Engineer
- Hands on experience on instrument calibration and DCS/PLC modification
- Possess analytical thinking and have the ability to work under pressure
- Experience in Power Plant industry is an advantage
- Able perform 12-hours Rotating Shift including weekends and public holidays
