In this entry-level role, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience in technical sales support, helping to enable the sales process and enhance customer engagement.
As a Solutions Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the presales team in preparing technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Supporting the configuration and setup of product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Helping to maintain and update customer records in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Developing a solid understanding of Milestone Systems’ products and services.
- Providing basic technical sales support and responding to customer inquiries.
- Assisting in organizing and attending sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Supporting the team in delivering proofs of concept and prototypes to prospective clients.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned by the team lead/manager.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT architecture and technology principles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Interest in the surveillance or related technology industry.
