Job Description:
- Counter Services & Administrative works
- Answers all enquiries from members of the public and keeps abreast of all activities, courses and events available at the community club.
- Provides information and handles enquiries on CC services to the general public.
- Promotes CC activities/courses/events
- Assist Constituency Manager in administrative works
- Ensures that newspapers, publicity materials and application forms for activities/courses/ events are displayed on a display rack and/or shelf that is accessible to the public and out-of-date materials are removed
Working Arrangement:
Location: Teck Ghee
Salary: Hourly Rated (from $12/H)
Working Hours:
42 hours a week.
Shift work (9.00am to 6.30pm or 12.30pm to 10pm)
Contract Duration: Imm - 29 Sept 2024
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer service
