The Service Support Administrator supports the service team in all administrative matters. The role will require attention to detail and ability to work independently to meet expectations and be assisting the service manager in reporting of monthly results and performance of the team.
Job Description
- Receive and acknowledge Service / Repair / Rental enquiries from clients.
- Liaise with relevant local or international stakeholders to follow up on Service / Repair / Rental enquiries.
- Co-ordinate the Service / Repair / Rental jobs requirement with Workshop technicians and customers.
- Raise quotation according to customer’s requirement.
- Raise Order Acknowledgements, Work Orders and Requisition where necessary.
- Process monthly invoicing of rental jobs
- Liaise with workshop supervisor to update progress for ongoing Jobs.
- Update of Rental Asset listing
- Coordinate with QA department to ensure documentation are complete.
- Liaise with Warehouse and Logistics on outgoing/incoming equipment.
- Prepare monthly status report to management and finance.
- Administrative support for service team.
- Any other tasks as required assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Able to work under own initiative, capable of prioritizing and managing workload.
- Well organized and attention to detail.
