Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Retail team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, developing talent acquisition strategies, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to help our organization achieve its goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice through various channels and activities.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Advocate for and implement diversity and inclusion best practices in the hiring process.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proactive and results-oriented
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about people and talent acquisition.
